It now seems that Frank Galliers Ltd (the firm undertaking the revamp of the indoor market) are to undergo a Creditor's Voluntary Liquidation (where the directors of the company close the company down and do not have enough cash or assets to pay all the creditors); despite having a full order book. The firm shut down last month with the loss of more than 130 jobs.
